49- Revolution.

The Family is the Enteprise.

This channel is one of the three mystical channels. It is fully loaded and has much depth to consider. It incorporates the nature of gate 19 (the gate of the sensitivity) with the principles of gate 49 (fusion, bonding, intimacy). This channel connects the energies of the emotional center directly to the ambition and pressure of the root center. Sometimes this channel is referred to as the channel of Marriage and Divorce. Where as tribal channels from root to spleen are concerned with work outside of the tribe to gain resources, this channel is an inside job. The work it devotes itself to is that of maintaining the bond of the tribe internally.

People with this life force are concerned and consoled by physical touch. When you can physically touch a member of the tribe you can have the knowing if they’re in for your support or to be supported, or if they are not a member of your tribe at all. It is a very physical channel in that it will push, punch, hit, hug, caress, stroke - all nature of things physical in relation to tribe members. It negotiates the world through the sense of touch, bringing people together, deciding who’s in, who’s out and who gets what.

You have the sensitivity to know who belongs to the tribe and who doesn’t. Which sounds brutal but your energy is precious, and you know if there is a better tribe for someone to be in rather than wasting your energetic resources on them. It is your innate ability to see who should be connected with whom, and what network of people a person belongs.

On a personal level It is very sensitive to it’s own position in the tribe, wanting to be needed (to give support), and needing to be wanted (to be supported). This is a highly emotional channel and entering into intimate relationships should be done overtime. This channel wants long-term bonding and therefore, it is important that your strategy and authority is applied before committing yourself to another person intimately. Couples with this channel can make a trip to the grocery store an intimate experience, to outsiders this relationship can appear as a co-dependence but in reality it is this superpower of deep intimate bonding. Divorce or breakups for you can be extremely difficult to bear because of this deep level of intimacy you are able to access. However, the ability to divorce or end a relationship can be activated easily if the relationship was entered into incorrectly (not following your strategy or authority).

The mystical aspect of this channel is very much concerned with the internal needs of the tribe and having those met. Food, water, shelter, warmth, connection, belonging, it is sensitive to all of these needs of the tribe members and itself. Bonding over such primal needs in communal ritual is the work that the 19/49 goes all in for.

Remember everthing is a duality. When it is not sensitive it is insensitive! and can be cold and unforgiving to anyone who double crosses the tribe.
