How are you designed to ‘BE’ in business?

Aligning just your business with Human Design is kind of like owning a car but inserting a rule that you only ever drive it on Tuesdays… it’s kind of pointless, it is a waste and it actually makes life harder.

To ‘do’ business by design is to ‘do’ life by design. You unlearn everything you’ve been conditioned to think that a ‘successful’ business has to be and you rediscover what it means to ‘BE’ in business by being ‘YOU’ in life.

Throughout this series we chat about the different aspects of design that you can consider when structuring a business but please know that this is not a ‘follow along and build your business this way’ type of series and that being in business is going to be completely unique to you and your design.

My hope for this series of videos (and anything else I may add over time) is that it allows your mind to surrender to your body when you are considering Human Design and business. I hope that it in some way gives you permission to be in business as your are in life - liberated, sovereign and unapologetically unique.

How to consume this series (because that’s what you are doing when you take something new in.. consume);

  1. follow your PHS.

  2. Download the WORKBOOK.

  3. If you are left (strategic) grab a pen and paper and jot down the ah-ha moments for you.

    If your are right (receptive) sit back and enjoy each moment and if you will, allow me to draw from your depth.

  4. experiment, surrender and most of all be kind to yourself.

Can you align business with design? my thoughts on this topic, my personal perspective and a little story about me 3rd lining business to burnout.

 

signature theme.

  • What is your why?

  • What is your signature theme? is it time to redefine what that feels like for you. Write down or even just ponder what does {Success, Satisfaction, Peace, Surprise} look and feel like to ME?

  • What would your most {insert signature theme} day in business look like? From start to finish what happens during this day? Let your imagination take the reigns here.

  • Is it the same everyday?

  • Do you do different things on different days?

 

as always, we begin with TYPE.

  • What are your aura mechanics? (i.e; generators are open and enveloping).

  • How/ where in business are you working with those mechanics and how are you forcing against them?

  • What is your strategy?

  • How you gain clients/ customers does it incorporate your strategy?

  • How are you currently marketing yourself? is it in alignment with your type’s aura mechanics and strategy?

  • How are you building or scaling your business (if you want to - this is in no way a must!) is it in alignment with your strategy?

  • How can you re-arrange or pivot in areas that are not in alignment with your strategy to allow room for strategy to come first and foremost?

  • Do an energetic check-in. How are your designed to show up vs how you are currently showing up? is there flexibility?

  • What beliefs, stories, narratives are you holding around TYPE and BUSINESS? (i.e- ManGens must have mulitple things happening or projectors can only work 3-4 hours)

  • Once you have discovered those stories really consider, are they true and correct for you? or have they been limiting you?

authority & biz decisions

  • what is your authority? ( if unsure go and access the authority section)

  • are you allowing yourself to make business decisions with your authority?

  • what type of business decision does your MIND want to have the most pull on?

  • Why do you think that one (or more) area of business is always hijacked by the mind? What’s the story behind that?

  • have you considered your clients/ customers right to their authority?

Your work uniform.

  • What is your profile?

  • Which line is in your personality (how others see and view you)? How does this line fit within your business?

  • Which line is in your design side (always operating in the background)? How does this line fit within your business?

  • How do you interact with others as that profile?

  • What are the profiles strengths?

Your services/ products/ offers.

  • What channels do you have? “the design of …..”

  • Which circuit are those channels in?

  • How can you tailor your offers to those channels and that circuit?

  • Where are you over using energy in an area that isn’t dominant circuity to you? i.e.- free Instagram content with no collective circuity may not feel great to you.


 

Leftness & Rightness

  • Is your brain active or passive?

  • Is you mind strategic or receptive?

  • If you have rightness, where are you forcing leftness?

  • RIGHT BEINGS- Where in business can you allow the system and structure to be set up by a left person so that as a right passive brain your can only ‘work’ when you’re being pulled from as a resource to the other?

  • How can you incorporate your unique cognitive architecture into your biz?

  • How can you offer services for both the left and right?
