The wisdom of your design is in the EXPERIMENTATION & EMBODIMENT of it, not the consumption of information about it.

It’s nice to consume ALL the things! I am the first to admit I am a total binge eater when it comes to Human Design knowledge.

I am also the first to admit I wasted YEARS taking in information and doing nothing with it! I knew Human Design like the back of my hand but surrendering to follow my strategy, and connecting to my inner authority, actually living in my experiment.. that seemed to take me a lot longer. I often searched for practical activities or practices that I could physically do, participate in, and experiment with to aid me with the embodiment process. I never found many. So that is what this section of the Hub is dedicated to.

Something to remember; your body leads the way. Forcing yourself to listen to a meditation, or do a writing exercise or any other embodiment activity when it’s actually a no from your inner authority, is playing in the realm of the mind. Inner Authority connection Meditation.

Guided by the magical, 4/6 Reflector, ELAINE SO, this embodiment practice is a 14 minute guided meditation experience into your body to connect or reconnect with your Inner Authority. This is a journey of remembrance, and an exercise in honouring and showing reverence for the body’s incredible ability to always guide you correctly.

Being a Reflector, Elaine samples the energy of each of the different Authorities over her lunar cycle. Because of this she is able to guide such a beautiful journey that is deeply unique to you, yet able to be used for everyone’s differentiated designs.

A reclamation of your uniqueness, your potency, your truest nature. This medi is a relatively quick one (11mins) that you can use anytime you feel you have forgotten your uniqueness. Anytime you may been feeling diluted or washed down in the crowds of people around you, or simply as an empowerment session for yourself daily.
