The Gate of the Depth.

CIRCUIT: COLLECTIVE (UNDERSTANDING)

The Well.

This is one of those splenic gates that has an underlying fear program running through it - the fear of inadequacy. But not to worry the fear here ensures that when you are operating correctly the depth that you have in that moment will always suffice.

You are a 'well' - a container of all of the practiced patterns that you have gone deeper and deeper into over time to the point of mastery. Patterns of behaviour that you have mastered become a talent. But this gate isn't all about you. It's logical and for the collective, so we are also talking about recognising patterns of mastery and talent in the collective that are resourceful or not. This gates bestie (gate 16) brings the skills to share your own, or where you may see talent the world. The fear of being inadequate, or not ready to share your depth can be heightened if you do not have gate 16 activated.

This gate when turned inward can go deeply into things, often to the point of being over-prepared. You take course after course, get walls of certifications, and keep broadening your studies to help you overcome that imposter syndrome complex. A tip for this gate to overcome any fear that arises is to simply follow your S&A. Are you going deeper and over preparing out of fear of inadequacy or is it your inner authority encouraging more depth? Surrender and trust that the level of talent you require to move forward is an internal knowing, instinctually you will know when you're there. No checklist of things to 'know' will be suffice.

There can be a frustration with short term projects that you are not able to go to the level of depth that you wish to go in order to master the situation therefore hanging onto something longer past its use-by-date in order to rise and repeat the same pattern, ever in search of adequate depth. What are you gripping onto that you could perhaps let loose. Do you even need to master that pattern or is it something that no longer serves you?

You have a gift of being able to retain a deep level of knowledge to the point of mastery through repetition. Experimentation and collecting logical experience is important to you so that you can share your mastered trade with the collective.
