GATE THIRTY EIGHT
The Gate of the Fighter.
HARMONIC GATE: 28
CIRCUIT: INDIVIDUAL (KNOWING)
STRUGGLE, OPPOSITION.
Here we have a root center pressure. It is this gates pressure that fuels the entire stream of intuition. An individual gate within the knowing circuitry, the pressure here is knowing that life is worth the struggle. Knowing that if you do not fight, at times, for the life then the consequence is death. This gate is the one that can have you pondering if there is any point to the life. "what is the purpose of my existence?”. However, it can turn from pondering, to pressure to find that purpose.
This is one of the gates of melancholy, there can be a real melancholic state that you can sink into if you have nothing to fight for, or if you are unsure of where to place your fighting energy when it pulses on from the root. It can be helpful to find something you love that makes the struggle of life for more than just survival. This energy comes with the quality of enjoying a good fight, especially when standing up for those who can’t stand up for themselves. Follow your strategy and authority to know who/ what to stand up for otherwise you will waste a tremendous amount of your energy and be left in your not-self theme. You are simply seeking a reason for living.
Although this is a individual circuit gate it does not mean you have to go at your struggles alone. There can be a real stubbornness associated with this gate and yes, there is a level of stubbornness that is healthy. Just as there is a level of stress from the struggles in your life that is healthy to. But too much stubbornness can see you digging your heels in and refusing to budge when it is not correct for you to struggle. The stubbornness associated with this gate can sometimes for get to ask for help or is to stubborn to see the people around them willing to help. This channel can empower others to fight and struggle and take a stand for their beliefs, but do not be naïve as to thing that every one has the fight in them that you do. With this definition the only way to truly know things is to struggle, it is the level of struggle that varies and the only way to know if it is your struggle to be having is strategy and authority.
What is you biggest struggle right now?
Do you have the energy for it or can you wait for the energy to come?
What in your life is worth fighting for?
Can you reflect on some times in your past where you've had to fight for someone/ something?
